1. Assign System Tick timer a lower priority (6) than RTOS Scheduler (5). Was previously priority 1. System Tick timer scans the keyboard which would post an event to the scheduler. This could potential interupt the scheduler and corrupt it.

1. JCOP2 & JCOP3 support which is mutually exclusive with DESfire.
2. Extended the osdp LED control message to support the idle colours available on the 3CT tool.
3. Engineering option to set compatibility with release firmware v2.4.5 for non multiples of 8 bits of credential data.
4. A new executable SiBG.exe is used to create .bin file used to upgrade the firmware using SiPass. Called from HeadlessBuildExtended.sh
   Built with MCUxpresso ide v11.3.0 build_5222 with optimisation set for debug.

1. minor change to LED control where indicator is not required to follow frame color. Potential full release to be field tested by Siemens.
